So, I just did some math based on the most recent 10-q and the number works out to be very interesting:
1,750,000,000 Shares Approved
- 1,221,405,000 weighted avg. shares outstanding
- 229,629,000 warrants outstanding
- 37,474,0000 options oustanding
= 261,492,000 Shares Available for sale
261,492,000 / 1,221,405,000 = 0.2140911491 = 21.41% (the number Schwab shows).
If Schwab is correct, we sold the remaining 261,492,000 shares to an institutional investor.
This also works out to be 14.9424% of the total 1.75B shares available so someone basically just bought 15% of the company if this is true.
