I don't think that's correct. It says the ORR was 43.8% compared to 33.1% in the chemo group. The 83% was ongoing response after 24 months of the people that had an ORR.

LL likely needs to beat the 43.8%.

If I'm reading this correctly, this link is from 2020 so Dr. JL should be well aware of it.
