people- info re other stocks is off topic as it is on all single stock boards so i have to delete but you can always private reply to others as most people know- not personal- yes some posts get away w it bc I'm not watching this 24/7
RE NNLX- I dont know what is going on-I havent looked at the board on the other site and nobody has posted re that in some time
the courts highly encourage parties with a carrot and a stick to pursue alternatives to scarce court time. Thus it is very common for parties to settle
or enter one of those alternatives very shortly before court or during court.
So not having seen nor heard re the other board in some time I have to assume this is now in mediation or arbitration- both of which are less formal, often more private and less expensive- with mediation being less formal, more private and less expensive than either type of arbitration.
The mystery still remains as to why NNLX had no replies to the other party on the court record and that all opposition to the suit by the other party came through the Faros-
could be as simple as Brets ill health or lack of money and thus a possible agreement w the Faros for them to pursue the defense- just a possibility
