I would be place my money in Nuclear fusion if I were around age 30-35.but say age 55-60 Stargate. There is much that can be accomplished and yes although not for my vaccines (designer) can be developed digitally different for each person. Turning on and off certain cells but the problem has always been the delivery system....how to delivery a drug to certain areas without it killing other related organs or the patient.

You want the receptor cells to bring in the drug without having the drug cover the entire area. Cancer on skin has grown nicely but as most people know the other deeper cancer areas can present the holy grail some day but how many years will it take.
