The Company cannot and should not acknowledge the new institutional investment other than by officially reporting it. However, they could and IMO should've publicly denied it if it was only a “glitch” on the part of some major brokerages that have reported such an investment. They didn’t do this. This is why this investor firmly believes it was not a “glitch."
