Yes, I agree. And the fact that it’s incrementing, ever so slowly tells me that this is sort of a process that is progressively coming to a completion. If it continues to creep upward in percentage, then that would confirm to me that that institution ownership increases as shares become available to own. So I’d think that the full amount of needed shares are not yet available.
