We also have to remember… If this is what actually took place the price could be higher than the current share price. One example is if they sold the shares for 3 billon vs current share price. Paying a premium for this much of ownership would be logical to have a seat at the table.

This would burn anyone shorting this stock as the perceived value will be much higher than what it’s currently trading.
