This is very strange statement coming from your rep.
I could possibly see how they could limit trading for stocks that are pennies, even less than $1 or on the OTCQB, but to say they won't trade CYDY period, is probably VERY incorrect.
What your rep is saying is that if CYDY moves to the NYSE, they won't trade it? Not even sure if that is even allowable by the SEC.
Your rep needs to clarify that statement better.
