From that useful link regarding rule 144:
“You can’t sell your restricted shares even if you have met the conditions of rule 144 until you’ve gotten the legend removed from the certificate. ONLY A TRANSFER AGENT CAN REMOVE A RESTRICTIVE LEGEND. “. The transfer agent won’t remove the legend unless you’ve obtained the consent of the issuer - usually in the form of an opinion letter from CYDY’s counsel - that the restriction can be removed.
So that being said - that’s probably why Paulson told me I can sell restricted CYDY shares ONLY if I set up an account with a transfer agent called “Vision”.
If anyone else has had experience selling their restricted shares I welcome your comments.
