Ken: The threshold requiring shareholder approval is apparently about 20%. Given the recent past and the appointment of Dr Max to the Gates Foundation et al, I like your supposition, but, if accurate, I would be quite surprised if the amount of shares involved would be sufficient to trigger a shareholder vote given any potential uncertainty that might accompany such a vote.
