If some entity did buy something over 200 million shares - how is that not reflected in both the daily volume and a whopping SP increase? Would it be some "off the books" transaction in the CYDY back office?

Just don't see how an individual or institution can suddenly drop such a big rock into the pond without making a noticeable splash.
