Sorry, I admit that it was me pushing it up from .145 in the final minute. Saw the lowest ask was .1509 and thought that if I bought 100 shares for $15 I could push it up 4 percentage points. I got it halfway there: the hidden ask was .149. So yes, someone doesn't want it to go to .15....
