The 10-Q isn’t relevant to the recent slight price movement. That’s not why we think the price has slightly gone up the past few days.

Then again the stock has been completely oversold and without news we should be well above .50 anyways.

This volume is probably just the MM trying to get the price moving. Won’t take much buying pressure to get the price moving again.

We just have to wait for news worthy information.
