I'm not aware of there ever being a drug agreement based on a mouse study. If Madrigal is aware of the first mouse study results then you can be pretty sure all the other players are aware of the results also.
I'd surmise that CYDY is playing their cards/results very quietly and close to the chest until the results are impeccably proven.
Takes longer but you generally get better end results this way.
Way different and way more correct to proceed this way.
