Correct me if I'm wrong but the insiders that are selling are in essence friends and family of Epic....if you will those that were able to purchase cheap shares from the original Epic Investment Strategic Alliance and not members of the Epic/Elite board of directors......the insiders like JT, Chris, Carter, Whitnell, Narine, Ashkok are not selling???

And any dilution that we see has been from that Strategic Alliance....if you have proof that further dilution has been coming from the company related to a different source I'd like to see proof.
