In the past I've heard a class action can be pursued but, the investment must be a loss of over $100k (per individual) by this type of false manipulation (if that is what it is found to be) in order to initiate. That may not still be the case but, I'm definitely in that range.
Don't know how many others have been so careless to get that deep but, if there are enough it may be worth looking into.
It's f'n embarrassing to admit (and in the end is my/our fault for falling for it) but, Doc's statements were pretty misleading and there may be a case that he was...

Personally haven't bought in a LONG time (even though it's tempting to lower my cost per share significantly) but, still have hope that something could possibly happen to at least get my initial investment back. I'd settle for half at this point!
