The New OTCID which the planned "launch" is for July 2025, will change a lot of the Pink securities.
Issuers that are now in the Pink current market that do not provide updated information, ongoing reporting, and the required management certifications, we'll see their securities transition to the Pink limited market or to the Expert restricted market.
This distinction will make it clear that the issuer has limited to no relationship with OTC Markets Group.
Question is? will the CEO bring UNVC up-to-date, UNVC has been Pink many years for reason we can only "speculate" to.
No "Material Event" was filed when Chris Farnworth resigned, 15-12g is still in place.
