I thought so as well, particularly because of who was providing that explanation.

I had looked for this section in a prior quarter and had not seen it.  But loanranger is correct, it exists in last year's 10K.

This one does appear to be boilerplate.  I do hope the warnings put forward in that section are only warnings.  Perhaps we will be able to determine if how much conflict exists after listening to the CC.

It would be awesome if they announced a new BOD with some really qualified people.
