It's not RFK Jr. saying it though. It's couched as "Here’s How Experts Would Change It." It's Dr. Joel Perlmutter saying it.
Has RFK Jr. specifically stated the FDA should be funded 100% by the Federal Government? I haven't heard anything remotely close to that from him.
