Issuers that are now in the Pink current market that do not provide updated information, ongoing reporting, and the required management certifications,
We'll see their securities transition to the Pink limited market or to the Expert restricted market. This distinction will make it clear that the issuer has limited to no relationship with OTC Markets Group.
