Many thanks, I stand corrected re: no. of patients evaluated by DSMB.
Interesting about the single allele. I understand that 10-15% of the US population has a single allele of the Delta 32 mutation, so we are talking about what could be a big chunk in a small study. Would be nice to know how many of the patients in any given study do have this allele and how it affects how much they react to Leron.
