If any CEO of a publicly traded company, he/she is progressing the company, then it shows in the quarterly/annual reports.
Forward looking statements are issued for the benefit of shareholders. It gives the sense of knowing where the company is headed.
Chris Farnworth has decided to leave. It's been debated for his reasons.
If things are happening behind the scenes, I do believe "Mr. Farnworth" would have been privy to the information, he's been with UNVC for several years.
