It's not the fact that it's late as much as it is Steve pretending to file last Friday.  First it was "He didn't know it was Good Friday" he would have known on Friday it was not ready, yet he posted as thought it was coming out today.  Now it's late and is due to come out after the Stockholders meeting (which also got postponed)...it's all a little fishy.  Again, I don't believe Steve should be posting on the other board that he supposedly hates but can't post to his loyal investors.  Where is Steve's loyalty?
