This is how it went down. Now that it's over & no surprise, legal attempts by np.
July 30th, 2021 Cytodyn SEC filing on SEC/DOJ notice.
January 25, 2022:
The Board of Directors terminated the employment of Nader Z. Pourhassan, Ph.D., as President and CEO of the Company and he is no longer a member of the Board of Directors
March 8, 2022:
Separation Agreement & Release of Claims
Terminatoon was without cause.
That way he signed the agreement for 18 months of severance.
A cheap cost to Cytodyn & its shareholders because you always secure an Agreement.
Think BLA submission e-mail evidence / leverage.
Dec. 20, 2022:
NP/KK charged
All the above is why he did not testify on his own behalf.
He legally could not blame anyone else in anyway, shape, or form, related to Cytodyn.
Of course SEC/DOJ knew of the Agreement.
Cytodyn played this case perfectly.
