I proposed that leronlimab could possibly achieve a cure over a 15 year time span if 100% or near 100% CCR5 coverage could be maintained. Because by then all reservoirs would be depleted. I thought that it may be achieved a bit quicker by use of other drugs that are known to accelerate reservoir depletion. It certainly wouldn't act quickly like the ART/Bnab/leronlimab combo. Either Bnabs or Bnabs working synergistically with leronlimab must have the ability to clear HIV viral reservoirs very fast.
