If you  believe what he wrote on Friday....

He believed it would be out today... the only plausible explanation is that the auditors could not sign off on his filing.... hence the delay... you can only speculate on what they did not like or how significant it is...... I can't imagine he wanted to delay... he could have guessed this was going to happen after the past two weeks!
