Many penny stocks go into long periods of silence and do a lot of business building behind the scenes and emerge far far stronger then before they entered the quiet time.

Me I follow the same simple philosophy with all penny stocks

If they build something I make money
If they don't I lose money

Sometimes I make a high percentage of my small investment some times I lose some or all of my small investment.

Two simple principles I discovered over the decades

1) Failures does not guarantee it is a scam, sometimes it is just failure do to lack of funding, real world events effects or incompetence.

2) Long silence does mean certain death

Rehashing old material over and over again and asking questions on a message site is not going to create answers to those questions,
