I really, REALLY, like this announcement. It is common to bring someone over from a company w/ whom your company, BIEL, has a business relationship with either as a Board member or have an exchange of employees. In this case, we get a twofer and a reunion, of sorts.
You can check my posts, but I have been talking about Viant for quite a while. For a signifiicant, e.g. - the Veterans Administration and medical centers, domestic production requirement it has to be someone close to home. And that is Viant. They have international facilities, as well.
On top of all the other 'hints', including the cryptic comments from CEO Kelly such as "Naysayers take note. Work is happening behind the scenes!” or "Bigger things are in the works for ActiPatch and we will share everything with everyone as soon as we are able. I would love to be able to tell all, but that isn't possible right now.” or saying in July 2024, "There is an agreement that requires our silence. That is all I can say", we get the return of Dr. Koneru to the Board, no less.
As far as I am concerned, we have a contractual agreement that requires serious, timely production of product. My choice is the VA. We have had FDA clearance since 2017 and the NIH paper in 2020 entitled “ActiPatch: Can It be a Tool to Empower Chronic Pain” as pointed out by gimmee greenbacks a few days ago reinforced the fact that we have the goods. << https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/?term=Actipatch+ >> It has taken awhile but the final pieces are being put into place. I could not be any more pleased w/ the appointment of Dr. See Koneru. Best news in quite a while.
Hope for the best, Prepare for the worst. Adapt - Improvise - Overcome
"Sic parvis magma" - Greatness from small beginnings
All the best, WBeacham

THESE are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.
