Keep us posted I have continually suffered back strains from my vigorous running weight training and zumba cardio workouts. The Actipatch has helped rehab my rotator cuff surgery and continues to help my partially torn and aging meniscus. I remain convinced I would not still be running at a high level if I had never used the patch. Last Turkey Trot 5k was 29:19 At least try it if you are a pessimist?
