You must send a hardcopy letter, email is not accepted.
If you have the information at hand, include the dates and prices of purchase of NTEK or NTGL stock and the same for any sales. If not, just approximate your loss and you can get the details from your broker at a later date if the US Attorney's office requires them. But get your name on the restitution list now, as it has a deadline (I don't know what that date is in this case). Once you are on the restitution list, the US Attorney's office will contact you and tell you what information is needed.
