A $300 million price tag for IncellDx would have only given them control if cydy's valuation was 300 million or less. That would have resulted in a 600 million post money valuation of which 50% would have been controlled by IncellDx.

Cydy's valuation has ranged from roughly a low of 130 million to over 5 billion.
