The FDA refusal to allow 4 shots was a CLEAR signal for Nader, his MDs and us, the longs that the BP/FDA trap had been set and ready to go. JL did smell the rat as we know from one of his interviews but apparently saw no way out of that situation. In addition, they stuffed the Data Monitoring Committee with G people who generously recommended us to wait for 42 (?) days after the end of the trial to unseal and compile the results.

I still nourish a weak hope that one day the relatives of those CD12 patients who did not make it without doses 3 and 4 will have their day in court.
