Ken and Ohm: In my humble opinion you are both right regarding Nader.
Though trying to judge the weight of the evidence from outside the courtroom is always risky, the salient info that Ohm cites would seemingly makes this a slam dunk for the prosecution. But Ken is absolutely correct that, as CYDY shareholders, an acquittal would be in our best interests.
And while a not guilty verdict would certainly surprise me, verdicts do not always track the evidence. If Nader has (however implausibly) 1 or 2 strong advocates among the jury, the end result of the deliberations could be a not guilty verdict or a hung jury.
