Junebug, it is my interpretation that the filing will be submitted by April 15th or sooner.  HIMR's year end was December 13st, so that would mean they were due out by March 31st.  This extention, which they told us about in advance, gives them until the 15th of April.  If anyone has a different interpretation, lets hash this out so everyone is on the same page here.
