now Philip beggin’ for a life-raft.
Years of stock manipulations,
the Sec uncovered with dedications.
Philip thought West Point his ticket,
and quickly found SEC don’t like wicked.
Now the indictments lay bare his charades,
SEC agents should be given parades.
