Vision statements represent the possible direction the company is taking, "Jamie Dimon" makes them, including forward looking statements of the feasible path to implement them.
Not every investor is happy with the CEO's performance.
Social Media platforms are created for investors to share, discuss the performance of the company they choose to invest in.

I agree, I found it very surprising they would just hang up, it wasn't like I asked for some trade secret.
They have been willing connivance in some of Mr. Daltons other adventures.
