You know we have vastly differing opinions.
He has avoided shareholder requests for access to corporate records multiple times, even those that were duly sent from legal representation - why would that be? What is it he that he doesn't want shareholders to see?
It's highly probable Dalton prepares the filings, he has billions of almost free shares, has moved the majority to common, and over a billion are held at DTC.
I can't prove he's sold shares, and you can't prove he hasn't - but I would say objectively the evidence weighs heavily in my favor.
