JK1, thoughts regarding your post outlined below.
Snpw stock is down over 50% since the reverse created roughly 1 billion new common shares in February 2024.
Snpw, as a result of the reverse split, has roughly 1billion new shares to use at their discretion. It’s not a matter of how many shares have been used, rather the potential use going forward. Snpw is insolvent, cash poor, delinquent on filings, has reported zero revenue in the last reporting period and enacted a reverse split earlier this year.
Noting the above items, seems plausible that shares could be used going forward. Question is does a market exist for these shares and if so, would the price be attractive to snpw.
