What number are you seeing?
I'm still seeing 993K which aligns with the Nov. 5th 10-K
"As of November 1, 2024, there were 993,071 shares of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, outstanding."
That number also aligns to the Preferred shares gotten rid of, so to me, it was a known and a good thing to get rid of.
What we don't know is if the round up shares have shown up yet. At least I didn't see it calculated into my math. Could be there, but idk
