As of now they haven't announced a new distribution partner, the time-frame would in part be with who the distributor is. Wouldn't be feasible to start marketing this soon (4th Qrt), they still got test taking place in TX, if my memory is correct.

If they could land a deal with one of these, 90 days marketing and its still set in the minds of who need the product.
