Q3 2024 10-Q would, NORMALLY, be due today, but NOOOOO!
The filthy selfish greed continues. Shareholders still sitting like lame ducks, at the mercy of delinquent filings, fueled by a severe lack of fiduciary obligations.
So, there you have it. 2024 Q1, Q2 filings delinquent and Q3 filing about to be delinquent without even a NT-10-Q filing making up some excuse such as "The Registrant is unable to complete its audit and preparation of its Form 10-Q in a timely matter because of unanticipated delays.
Unanticipated delays? Like starting up the ceo's competitive side company SolRay?
