"I can't yet tell you what's going on because the deal with Shell isn't finalized although we are finalizing it in Sao Tome. Instead, all I can do is drop some indicative hints in my posts which is all that my lawyers will allow me to do for now. But, be patient because more will be revealed... hopefully along with a backstop"
