Not hard to see things are very bad with this company. IMHO
When an insolvent company with no cash, no sales, no revenue, no office and no assets, and can't get a filing out the door, it's bad. Very bad. IMHO
Is this company possibly dealing with accounting issues related to prior audited SEC filings? Would anyone be surprised?
What else could be holding them up? The company has been standing still while tweeting for the past year and still spent over 800K in SG&A.
