Wonder no more. Happy to help you out. In short, your statements put on display your lack of experience and knowledge in this arena. Below are a couple of examples that discount your statements

Quote:
It appears that my repeated statements that reflect this fact CON-tinues to be intentionally and CON-veniently ignored......I wonder why???????????????? lololsss

Quote:
The AS is totally irrelevant until those shares are issued because virtually every stock's AS is many multiples its OS and yet the pps remains unaffected.

The AS is always relevant, especially for a company that just processed a reverse split where roughly 1 billion new shares were added to the AS count. Further of importance for a company that had over 95% of its authorized share outstanding.

Quote:
Point being, almost 1 yr later, there has been ZERO dilution, and as far as the depressed PPS?.....this is solely a function of there being no news that would drive demand for SNPW stock.

There has been dilution, dilution in confidence now that snpw is sitting on roughly 1 billion newly created shares - shares that can be used by the company as they seem necessary. This compared to roughly 250 thousand outstanding shares post split - the upside dilution risk as a percentage is huge. Not surprising, post split, the stock is down over 50% I believe due in large part to this risk - it’s a biggie.

Snpw recently commented that they have not diluted any of the new shares. It makes me question if these shares have liquidity - is there a market for these shares? The optics are not good for snpw - they are insolvent, zero revenue in the last reported quarters, delinquent in filings etc. What value would these shares have?

I hope the comments above help you better understand why you are being ignored. Your experience appears to be lacking, your more focused on calling others names than being focused on the company, you try to be cute with your posts writings - these are all turnoffs - how can you be taken seriously when you act in such a manner.

My suggestion would be to take some classes on investing. I think these could help you in this arena. We all started out at ground zero, wishing you safe travels getting to the next level.

Always here to exchange thoughts in a professional manner.

All the best Buddy
