The PCA is nothing more than a wealth transfer scam of the highest order simply because the World's biggest polluters (India, and where Walls-dope ""worked"", ie China) will CON-tinue polluting with little to no consequences, while the "West" goes on to destroy their Economies by implementing these idiotic climate policies.

Also, it was leaked to Axios that Democrap lawmakers, in their attempts to stymie Trumps agenda, are seeking to expedite the issuance of IRA funds so it can't be clawed back when he assumes office.
