Mr. Dalton's challenge of the "Status Quo" in the health care system is admired
The task he embarked on, at best is something not many would even attempt
Only thing is as of today, I haven't been able to find where he has been able to implement any creditable changes, "reason unknown"

How Mr. Dalton fits in the "QUOTE" is yet to be determined in my simple opinion.
