The unanswered question is why aren’t they looking to sell shares. My opinion, as stated in my prior post, is there might not be a market for their shares or if there is one the valuation could be significantly depressed.
My opinion is based partially on snpw being insolvent, zero reported revenue the last two filings, delinquent filings, cash poor, the creation of roughly 1 billion new shares etc. It’s not a good visual. Going out and raising capital through equity could likely be very difficult. My opinions.
Our company is not looking to sell shares or raise capital through stock at this time.
