I think DE was a wee bit over optimistic regarding when they would have docs listed on sec.gov. they said days if not weeks from July 30th web. We are now into 11th week with nothing listed. from there 30-60 day comment period. lets consider it 60 days from when docs are uploaded on their site. that now puts us into 2nd week of Jan 2025 so JRT isn't wrong in saying this about the DE. I hope we get something sooner separate from them, but won't be surprised if things are revealed in 2025.
