The beauty of the open trading of stock is that if you believe the company will never file again or is a scam you can sell and move on at any time.

If you believe the company will right the ship you have a personal choice to hold or buy more.

Pumping the stock or bashing the stock is not going to change the outcome.

Unless of course the bashing extends to harassing and threatening the company business associates which may jeopardize property contracts and opportunities for funding.
