Ok, so there is a partnership agreement - anyone know the definition parameters. Every agreement has an offer, acceptance and consideration.
What is the consideration? Who is responsible for doing what? Specifically what are the performance parameters for each partner in this agreement. Has this been defined? Has this been communicated? How is snpw going to help GEP enter the Australian market? What does snpw get in return?
